How to Modify Your App Password

Default Passwords

Before proceeding, please note the default passwords for your JKBMS app:

  • Bluetooth Connection Password: 1234
  • Settings / Authorization Password: 123456

Forgot Your Password? Follow These Steps

This guide is only for cases where you have changed and forgotten your password. Follow the steps below to retrieve a temporary password and reset it.

Step 1 — Find Your BMS Serial Number

Open the JKBMS app, tap the menu icon in the upper-right corner, then select "About". You will see your serial number as shown below:

Step 2 — Generate a Temporary Password

1.visit our after sale service page,and find the password matters zone.

2.Enter your serial number into the password reset tool below to get a temporary password:

Step 3 — Reset Your Password

Use the temporary password to log in, then set your own new password in the app settings.
