Refund policy

At JKBMS, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund policy:

Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable Items: Custom orders, items damaged due to improper installation or misuse.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are covered by JKBMS for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, A restocking fee of 20% of the product price will be deducted from your refund for non-defective returns.
