Return Policy

We understand that returns can be frustrating, and we're here to help make the process as smooth as possible.

Return Authorization

Before returning any item, please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Returns must be authorized by our Support Team.

Return Eligibility

Time Limit: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee: Returns within 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Opened Items: Items that have been opened but not installed may incur an additional 10% fee for evaluation and testing. This ensures the product has not been damaged or used.

Installed Items: Electrical components that have been installed are not returnable under any circumstances.

Special-Order Items: These are non-returnable except for warranty-related testing, repair, or replacement. If a defect is verified and covered under warranty, the item will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items received after 30 days

  • Used or misused items

  • Items with missing or damaged parts

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Paid Returns: Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Our competitive shipping rates apply to orders only and do not extend to returns.

  • Our Error: If we made a mistake with your order, we will cover return shipping costs up to the lowest available ground rate. If you choose a faster shipping method, we will only reimburse the equivalent ground rate.

Returns Process

To ensure prompt processing, please follow these steps:

  1. Request Authorization: Email service@jkbms-ess.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours. If your return qualifies for free shipping, we'll provide a shipping label. Otherwise, we'll give you the return address to ship the item back on your own.

  3. Ship the Item: Return the item following our instructions and provide us with the tracking number and return receipt.

  4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll email you within 3 days to arrange an exchange or process your refund.

Refund Processing Times

After our team processes your return (typically 3-6 business days), please allow additional time for the refund to appear:

  • Credit Card: 7-14 business days

  • PayPal: Up to 48 hours

  • Store Credit (Wallet): 24 hours

Important Notes

  • All products we sell are brand new, unused, and manufacturer-tested.

  • When you initiate a return, we may have an engineer assess whether the issue is user error (which accounts for 95% of cases) or a genuine defect.
